My journey to becoming a hypnotherapist began in the world of IT, where I spent years as a database specialist and software designer. While the work was intellectually stimulating, it often felt isolating. It wasn’t until one day, when I stumbled upon the concept of hypnosis, that my life took a transformative turn.

As I delved deeper into the power of the human mind, I realized something profound: just as computers can be debugged and optimized, so too can our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. This revelation inspired me to pursue a new path—one focused on helping others unlock their full potential and live lives free from fear, anxiety, and self-limiting beliefs.

In 2020, I completed my certification in conversational hypnotherapy, combining my analytical mindset with a deep empathy for the challenges people face every day. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of guiding clients through powerful transformations, helping them overcome fears, phobias, stress, and anxiety.

About Hypnosis

There many different explanations for what hypnosis actually is. But in simplest terms it is a relaxed, calm state of mind that allows you to communicate with your subconscious.
If you've ever found that some of your best ideas happen in the shower (or on the toilet!) then you have experienced this state of communication. When our conscious mind is distracted and lets the guard down, your subconscious takes this opportunity to communicate.
A skilled hypnotist can guide you through this state and turn it into a two-way communication, allowing you to let your subconscious know what you want, and ask it to find other, more appropriate ways to protect you and deal with the situations in your life.

Unlike stage hypnosis you may have seen on TV or in a pub, I will not ask you to quack like a duck or any of those silly things. Hypnosis cannot convince you to do anything that would allow you to come to harm. While some TV performers may have inspired some people to do criminal acts, that type of hypnotic suggestion requires many sessions of repeated programming over weeks of time, and is not something you can experience through online hypnotherapy sessions.

About Your Session

All sessions are conducted online. After booking a session, you will receive a video conference link for your chosen date and time. Then we will have a conversation.

  • Make sure you are sitting comfortably in a place where you can fully relax, and have your camera set up so that I can see you.

  • Arrange for any pets and family members to be otherwise taken care of during this time.

  • Ensure your phones and devices will not disturb you

We will discuss your concerns, and I will guide you through some hypnotic techniques in order to resolve those concerns. Depending on your unique situation, we may do a full hypnotic session where I will ask you to close your eyes and guide you through a series of steps, or we may simply discuss the issues conversationally.
